Mortgage and Grow Rich by Alfred Chia, CEO of SingCapital Pte Ltd was launched on 8th June 2011 at HDB Hub Auditorium. It was attended by more than 500 guests from the real estate and financial industry.
As the publishing consultant for this book, it is my honor to attend and I congratulate Alfred Chia for this spectacular launch. The program kicked off with Alfred speaking about his book and the pain and pleasure of putting the book together based on his years of experience in loan financing as a financial consultant. When comes to mortgage planning, Alfred is the Guru! His book, Mortgage and Grow Rich is a testimony to it. Alfred Chia is the first author to write a book on mortgage planning, a subject that is unfamiliar to many and one that it often reserved for bankers and financial advisers to explain to their clients. Alfred Chia has made a complex subject interesting and easy-to-understand for any lay man. Also worth mentioning is that there are comics inserted in every other page of the book to illustrate key concepts to the readers.
